Motoo Noda

Motoo is the Chief Executive Officer for GlobalSign and acts as the board member for GlobalSign’s EMEA and the US companies. Motoo also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer for GlobalSign EMEA and Group General Counsel for GlobalSign group and is ultimately responsible for the Group’s legal matters.
                                         
Following the acquisition of GeoTrust Inc by VeriSign, Motoo provided the legal expertise to ensure the successful acquisition of GlobalSign, its technology, assets and customer base. 

Before being appointed as the COO for GlobalSign, Motoo was a founding partner of a leading law firm in Tokyo which specialised in M&A, finance and commercial transactions and prior to this was a Reseller Program Manager for Hewlett Packard Japan.

Motoo holds a BA degree in law from Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo, and an LL.M. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.  Motoo is also an attorney at law, admitted to the New York State Bar.
